An alternative to plastics in the kitchen, functional utensils handcrafted of natural, native American hardwoods provide safe functionality and peace of mind. Made in Indiana, this all-wood cheese board consists of locally-sourced hardwoods laminated into attractive vertical stripes. Wood types will vary and may include maple, cherry, walnut, oak, hickory, or ash. Finished with food-grade organic linseed oil and includes an integrated cheese slicer of stainless steel. Note: stainless steel slicer portion is manufactured outside of the US.

Care for your wood : To clean tough residue, use a Scotchbrite pad (or similar scrubber) with dish soap and warm water. Dry with a towel or allow to air-dry – as with all wood utensils, it is not recommended for dishwashers. Occasionally oil your wood with natural coconut oil, mineral oil, walnut oil, or beeswax using a paper towel or dry cloth.
