Simple to Use

The Paderno World Cuisine large crinkle knife is easy to use and clean. After selecting an item to cut, decided whether you want crinkle cut sticks (like french fries) or slices. For sticks, slice the item in half lengthwise, then in half again. Continue slicing each portion in half until you achieve the desired thickness. For crinkle slices, place the knife over the top surface of the item you are slicing and move the blade in from the end 1/8″ – 1/4″ depending on your desired slice thickness. Press the blade down while keeping it straight and vertical to ensure a slice with even thickness. Final cuts can be baked, fried, or served raw.

Clean the knife with hot soapy water, rinse and allow to dry. Alternately, the knife can be cleaned on the top rack of a dishwasher.
